Summary :
Terry Greer has served her time in prison and is looking to make a new start, but her past has come back in the form of a former associate who wants Terry to return to her former life. He kidnaps Terry's daughter to force her to help his gang rob the bank in Four Corners. The Seven ride to Mexico and back to help Terry get the new life she's looking for.

Scene One - The Trail
- Chris sends Buck and Nathan to pick up a prisoner who is bound for Four Corners, for post-incarceration employment training. It's early in the morning and Buck is lamenting that he could still be "cuddling with Blossom" instead of out on the trail. They meet the prison wagon and the prisoner turns out to be an attractive female named Terry Greer - suddenly Buck doesn't mind the escort duty so much. Buck goes to get the rest of Terry's belongings out of the prison wagon but he is met with a fist in his face. He and Nathan immediately draw their guns, but Terry goes to the back of the wagon and brings out her daughter, 6-year old Olivia, who is ready for a fight.
Scene #2 - The Main Street
- As Buck and Nathan arrive with Terry and Olivia, an armored wagon also arrives, full of money and escorted by soldiers. Nathan takes Terry to Mary's office and Buck helps Olivia down off his horse.
Olivia: I seen the way you looked at my mama.
Buck : I was just bein' friendly.
Olivia : You gonna be my daddy?
Buck : That wasn't my plan, no.
Olivia : How do I know?
Buck : 'Cause I just told you so.
Olivia : If you ain't gonna marry her, you better stop lookin' for her the way you do. Put me down.
- Buck doesn't notice that Olivia has taken his watch, which she adds to the box of trinkets she carries.
Scene #3 - The Town
- Terry meets up with an old acquaintance - Morgan Coltrane - who intends to force Terry to help him rob the bank by holding Olivia hostage. Terry reluctantly goes with Morgan to the bank to check out the security.
Scene #4 - The Saloon
- Buck and Nathan are taking Olivia to get something to eat, but she gets away from them and wanders into the saloon. Buck and Nathan come back for her.
Buck : So what are we now, boys, damn babysitters?
JD : The language around the child.
Buck : That is not a child. That is a hellion.
- Olivia wanders over to watch Ezra deal cards to a table of poker players.
Gambler : Ace high.
Ezra : My, my, fortune is indeed smilin' upon you today.
Olivia : Nope, he's palmin' cards.
Ezra : I know.
Gambler : You sayin' I cheated?
Ezra : Not at all. I'm sayin' you cheated badly. The Queen I dealt you is tucked neatly in your right boot.
- The man pulls his gun on Ezra but Ezra, Vin, JD and Nathan all draw their guns and the gambler has second thoughts.
Ezra : I detest an amateur.
Gambler : I'll be takin' my leave.
Ezra : That, I think, would be best.
Gambler : Tell me, how'd you know?
Ezra : Lessons'll cost you extra. Good day.
Scene #5 - The Trail
- When Buck inadvertently walks into a conversation between Terry and Morgan, he is forced, along with Terry, to accompany Morgan and his men out of town. JD sees Buck with a gun in his ribs, and tells Chris. In order to save Buck’s life, Terry convinces Morgan that Buck is an old friend and a talented safecracker who could be useful. Chris and Vin follow the gang to the Mexican border and realize they are outnumbered, so they will have to wait until the gang gets settled wherever they're going.
Vin : So how's your Spanish?
Chris : No bueno. Yours?
Vin : What's no bueno mean?
Scene #6 - Purgatorio
- The gang goes to Purgatorio, infamous Mexican bandit town. Vin is familiar with the town and some of its residents from his bounty hunting days and he tells Chris about the town.
Vin : The place is so over run with outlaws, nobody wearin' a star'll come within a bullet's distance. A real hell hole.
Chris : Sounds like fun.
Vin : Well, we're goin' to hell anyway you look at it.
- As Vin and Chris ride into town, a man runs out of the cantina and is shot in the back. Immediately several other men collect the body and drag it away.
Chris : At least they keep the streets clean.
Vin : The ugly cuss that was shot? Took him in once. The ugly cuss that shot him? Took him in once too. His whole gang knows me.
Chris : You stick around here you're gonna be deader than a beaver hat.
Vin : I'll take that chance.
Chris : I won't.
- Chris sends Vin back to Four Corners for safety. Chris goes into the cantina where Coltrane is reminiscing with Terry. Before Coltrane can kill Buck, Chris creates a scene and pretends to shoot Buck dead. Then he insinuates himself into Morgan's gang. Buck manages to "recover" and head back to Four Corners to warn the others.
Scene #7 - Four Corners
- Vin returns to Four Corners. Olivia has been hiding at the church with Josiah, Nathan and Ezra but she has disappeared and the men hunt for her. JD finds two men with the girl and one of the men throws a knife that lands in JD's left shoulder. JD manages to drag himself out into the street where he fires his gun to get the attention of Vin and Ezra.
- Buck arrives back at the church.
Buck : What happened?
Ezra : Long story.
Vin : Where's Chris?
Buck : With the gang, on his way to rob the bank.
Nathan : What?
Buck : Long story.
- While Nathan looks after JD, the others go looking for Olivia. Buck and Ezra find her in a hotel room and dispatch her captors. They save Olivia and Buck recovers his watch from the little pickpocket. Morgan, Terry, Chris and the rest of the gang arrive back in town to rob the bank. Terry opens the safe and she and Chris take out all the money. Leaving the bank, Chris sees that Olivia is safe and he pulls Terry to safety as a gun fight commences. As Morgan tries to ride away, Chris shoots him.
Scene #8 - The Main Street
- Terry and Olivia prepare to leave for Bitter Creek, where Terry will start a new job and a new life. Buck says goodbye to Olivia and doesn't notice that once again, she has taken his watch. As the stage leaves town, Vin asks for the time and Buck sees Olivia hanging out the window of the departing stage, laughing and waving his watch.
